Bravo! The bouquet I had in mind was expertly done with just my color and flower suggestions. I called, took care of all needed info. I then requested a picture of the bouquet prior to delivery, no problem, and I got a video! Plus got text confirmation of the delivery. Very personal and professional service. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Vivian’s flower shop for a few years now and hands down she has the BEST FLOWER shop in town! Her customer service is absolutely amazing. I mainly order custom florals and not one time have I ever been disappointed! Simply amazing! 10/10 experience!

**update** so this lady must be out of her right mind because I stand corrected. She wrote a very long and insulting essay to call me "evil" and say I am spam when this is 100% a legit review. You should be ashamed for treating the community like this. Since you pretend to be a part of it when it seems to be the complete opposite. Some anger management classes should help you because wow. Definitely rude and unprofessional and bad attitude and bad behavior. Very immature of you to not being able to take criticism. **previous review**I was considering going here for flowers but seeing how Vivian the owner talks back to her previous customers on the few negative reviews makes me see how unprofessional and disrespectful she must be. I cannot imagine how difficult she must be to deal with in person. All those people were doing was giving honest feedback and she writes entire essays to insult them and make them feel like it is their fault for something bad on her companies end. Terrible. There are so many better flower places in Santa Clarita. I rather take my business there 100%.

I ordered three bouquets for my mom's celebration of life from them after a friend sent me the most beautiful birthday bouquet I had ever received. The flowers for my mom were absolutely stunning. I was asked for the florists information repeatedly. I had asked if sweet peas were in season because they were my mom's favorite and even though they were not, somehow they found some!! Also- the man who delivered them to the event, Randy, was so helpful and kind. He helped us unload our car of items and take them into the venue as well.

Overall one of the best experiences of buying flowers in my life! Vivian did an amazing job creating a beautiful composition of tulips and iris flowers! Flowers arrived on time and I received a photo of them before they were sent out for delivery which is a practice I think every flower shop should do. The flowers came fresh and now two days later still look just as fresh. Great quality, great communication, great everything! I absolutely recommend :)
